Humanities Institute Faculty “Supposium” – Saturday, March 22nd

Don’t miss the Humanities Institute Faculty “Supposium” that will be held from 10am-3pm on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Reynolda House Museum of American Art. This gathering of faculty is in lieu of the usual, more formal symposium we hold each spring. On the third anniversary of our public launch at Reynolda House, we look forward this year to more casual conversations and to time away from campus when WFU faculty working in and with the humanities can think and dream aloud together about the humanities work we do. We anticipate talking about the humanities’ pasts and futures and what else that we, together, as the university’s Humanities Institute, might want to accomplish. Be sure to attend the “Supposium” and help lay the groundwork for where the institute might head next. Join us for great conversation on topics generated by faculty, a humanities digital/multi-media SLAM, information on upcoming opportunities at RHMAA, good food, and more!

All faculty working in and with the humanities are welcome! Please RSVP by March 12th to Aimee Mepham (
