Prior to her current role in the Provost Office, Melissa began her career at Wake Forest in 2006 in Human Resources.  Her current position, the Director of Talent Management supports talent development strategies for the Provost’s division including, recruiting/hiring strategies and execution, and development of a comprehensive on-boarding program and process management. She provides guidance, facilitation, and support to hiring managers, supervisors, department heads, Assistant and Associate Provosts, and Deans in the development and implementation of effective procedures, systems, programs, and/or practices.  Additionally, she manages the daily financial tasks for the Global Affairs division and serves as liaison to Financial Services for all of Global programs and WFU international properties.
