The Faculty Handbook is a consolidated reference for the use of faculty members on the Reynolda Campus. It is published under the authority of the Board of Trustees by the Provost’s Office in cooperation with the deans, the vice president and general counsel, the secretary to the Board of Trustees, and the President’s Office. On the recommendation of the Faculty Senate and after extensive consultation, the Handbook will ordinarily be published once a year, on or about July 1, and will contain a summary of changes from the previous edition. If changes need to be incorporated “off-cycle,” a new edition may be posted with an explanation of those changes. If you have any questions or concerns about the Faculty Handbook, please contact Matthew Phillips in the Office of the Provost.
Archives of past editions of the Faculty Handbook and related documents are maintained by the Special Collections & Archives department of the Z. Smith Reynolds Library.
