Bio

Audrey Hunt serves as a Human Resources Business Partner in the Office of the Provost at Wake Forest University, where she functions as an Institutional Talent Strategist and key advisor to divisional leadership. She leads the alignment and execution of integrated HR strategies across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and workforce development.

In partnership with senior leaders, Audrey helps design and implement forward-looking workforce strategies that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee experience, and support succession and retention planning. She provides strategic consultation on employee relations matters, oversees key talent processes, and supports the development of scalable programs that advance divisional and institutional priorities.

Her work is grounded in collaboration, change leadership, and a commitment to building a high-performing and engaged workforce aligned with the mission of the university.
