Bio
Stephanie Hudson serves as Director of Provost Communications at Wake Forest University, where she leads the development and execution of strategic academic communications on behalf of the Provost and Provost’s Office leadership. In this role, she oversees the Office of the Provost’s digital and public presence, manages messaging for major university initiatives and events, and serves as the primary writer for the Provost’s speeches and remarks. She also collaborates with communicators from across the University’s schools and units, working to strengthen information-sharing and academic storytelling campus-wide.
Stephanie joined the Provost’s Office in 2022 following 11 years in collegiate athletics strategic communications at Wake Forest. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade in marketing communications and market research on both the agency and client sides, work that continues to inform her approach to strategic messaging and audience engagement.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University.
