Submit a QEP Proposal
Wake Forest University’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) will reflect and affirm our commitment to enhance overall institutional quality and effectiveness. The QEP will focus on an issue that aligns with our Mission, Strategic Framework goals, and improves student success.
Maximum length: 5 pages
Proposals must include:
- Proposal Title
- Author(s), title(s), and contact information
- Description including timing and target population(s)
- How does the QEP support Wake Forest’s Mission and at least one Strategic Framework Thematic Goal?
- What are the specific goals of the QEP for Wake Forest and learning outcomes for its students [if applicable]? How might you assess goal achievement and/or learning outcomes?
- Describe how the proposal seeks to develop opportunities for novel or enhanced partnerships among units to foster radical collaboration.
- Provide an early estimate of realistic resources needed for successful implementation. Discuss potential personnel and budget needs, as well as opportunities where existing resources (personnel and/or financial) may already be available.
- Recommended QEP Leader(s) if different from proposal authors
